If you would like to contact the Society please contact us as shown below, (for security and training purposes, telephone calls may be recorded).

Change of Address
If you would like to update your address details, please call our Client Servicing Centre on 0845 6036771 between 9am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.  In most cases, we will be able to accept a change of address over the phone.

On occasions, we may need some up to date evidence of identity from you and we will then contact you.

We regret that, for security reasons, we are unable to accept address changes sent to us by email.

UK Policyholder Queries
If you have a query relating to your policy, please call Client Servicing Centre on 0845 603 6771 between 9am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

For training purposes, telephone calls may be recorded and/or monitored. Also charges for 0870 and 0845 numbers may vary. Mobile phones typically cost more than landlines, so please contact your network provider for details of these costs.

We will reply to email enquiries by email if no policy details or values are required.
For security reasons, replies that involve policy details or values will be sent by post. We normally reply to enquiries within 10 working days of receipt.

Action for Hearing Loss
For the hard of hearing "Action for Hearing Loss" Typetalk service is available. Please dial 18001 from your phone or textphone, followed by the relevant number above (i.e. 0845 603 6771). Further information on using the service can be found on the Typetalk website at www.textrelay.org

UK Group Policyholder Queries

UK Policyholders living overseas
Some UK policyholders who live overseas may not be able to use the normal Client Servicing Centre telephone number. If this is the case please contact us on +44 1296 386242 or by email: enquiries@equitable.co.uk . There are a number of impartial associations and regulatory bodies that can advise you if you have cause for complaint relating to pension matters. Information/advice will only be given on Equitable group products.
